Luisa finds motivation in her firm conviction that music has the power to transform lives, inspire, and build strong bridges between people and the community. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education and a Master Degree in Music from Missouri State University, her main instruments are Oboe, Saxophone and she is renowned for leading Early Childhood Music programs.
